The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an electrically heated pool and fantastic sunset views over the bay and Marco Skyline.

We are located on a canal at the  tip of Cara Court with a wide water view and southwestern exposure. Being on a cul-de-sac, the location is quiet and peaceful with little traffic, yet only a short distance to all of the Marco Island amenities. 

The home has 3 TV's, a VCR and Direct TV.  We offer a DSL internet connection for your laptop.  Laundry Facilities and a Weber Gas Grill are also provided for your convenience.  A pull out sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping accommodations. A fax machine is available for guest use.  Unlimited telephone calling within the United States is included with your rental.

The home has a dock with a large sun deck and fish cleaning station.  Quick boating access is available.
